Cancellations Policy: Cancellations as per following pattern
- No Show and Early Check out: 100% of the total accommodation cost
- Cancellation within 07 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation cost
- Cancellation within 07-14 days or less prior to arrival: 1 night charge of total amount
- Cancellation within 15 days and above: 20% of the hotel accommodation cost
Note: Guests arriving at a later date or departing at an earlier date than the original confirmed booking will be charged for the entire period as per original confirmed booking request.
Do
- Air Conditioner operation 24 hours.
- WIFI PASSWORD : jungleland17
- Breakfast serve on 07.30 am. – 10:00 am.
- Restaurant available on 07.00 am. – 09:00 pm. (Last order on 08.30 pm.)
- Swimming Pool operation are from 08.00 am.- 08.00 pm.
Don’t
- Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted inside (Beverages Corkage charges are 200 THB per bottle applies for consuming in the resort.)
- Please do not smoke in bed
- Pets and animals are not allowed.
- Please refrain from using any electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking appliances or irons that could cause a fire.
- Please do not disturb other guests during the quiet hours (after 22:00 pm.)
- Guests are responsible for any property damages (both willful and negligent) and losses (including key loss) and will be charged the full amount of the damaged or lost property.
